We address contemporary technological challenges by fostering knowledge of technology, how it works, how it shapes everyday life, and how it can be engaged critically, and by distributing tools that enable informed, healthy, and safe interaction with digital systems.
Our fundamental principle is that society has the capacity to strengthen the benefits of technology while confronting its risks, transforming what is worrying into the familiar, the complicated into the understandable, and the negative into the positive.
